simple yr. by increasing c.c. of an engine is to increasne in power or output of tht engine. nd on increasing the power fuel comsumption will be more nd hence we get the less efficiency of that engine.

If you tame an elephant for transporting goods rather than using a donkey - the elephant will transport more goods at a time, but will require more food. Elephant = bigger CC engine, More goods = more power or output, more food = More fuel consumption :) :)

When Increasing the C.C. that leads to an increase in the output power of the engine and also leads to increasing the fuel consuption as the volume that has to be filled with the fuel and air mixture increased, excessive increase in teperature, thus more cooling capacity needed.

by increasing c.c of an engine...its volumetric efficiency increases and speed of the vehicle decreases

By increasing the c.c it will increase mass of air fuel ratio, hence increases the volumetric efficiency thus overall efficiency will be improved.

c.c means cylinder capacity or cubic centimeter capacity of the cylinder
by increasing the c.c the volume of the cylinder becomes more and it can able to burn more fuel at a time . while burning more fuel it will give more power to the Vehicle (i.e fastness to the bike ) .
so here the fuel consumption is higher while increasing the cc of the engine.
the main advantage is that it will increase the fastness (i.e) pick up of the engine will become more at a short time.

C.C. means cubic capacity.capacity increases means space for charge(air-fuel mixture) increases ultimately more burning of fuel means MORE POWER.

When we increase the CC in bike we have more volume so more air-fuel mixture enters & burns so more power output we gain. But fuel consumption will be more.

CC means cubic centimeter. When any bike bore volume increase so practically high fuel consumption, hence output power will be highly achieve.

Higher CC engine consumes high fuel but is smooth in operations and engine last for more years. Whereas small CC engine can also produce power of higher CC even higher than that. Smaller engine works more to produce higher power. Higher CC can produce same in low RPM itself.

For Eg.: Duke 200 produce 25 BHP at 10000 RPM but Continental GT 535 produces 29.1 BHP at 5100 RPM.

Drawback of small engine is it will not last for large year due to over work.

Advantages of increasing the CC is that the power of the engine can be easily increased, Meaning more volume of air fuel mixture is equal to more power. The other way to increase the power even without increasing the CC is by turbo charging i.e., using a turbo charger where the volume of air fuel mixture is increased by injecting compressed air into the cylinder and hence power.
