It depends on where you are using this abbriviation.

SLA stands for Service Level Agreement Where in you are entering with the other departement of your organisation for performing some duties. ie Purchasing department may have SLA with Accounts payable departement that they will make all the payment to vendor with in 7 working days after received in their section with some terms and conditions.
