4) In database testing..one should be good in sql , dml,ddl.... and good understanding of stored procedures and how to fire the triggers.....

5) we go for compatability testing whether our applications meets comstomer expected plotforms or not ? ie explorers.....

4. QTP, Loadrunner, I would like to recommend Rational Robot, silk test for testing and bugzilla for defect tracking because these tools are more user friendly when compared with mercury tools
