what are the special features of cognos 8 compare to reportnet1.1?

cognos8 windows user interface contains frameworkmanager,metric designer,mapmanager and transformer.
cognos8 web user inetrface contains cognos connection,report studio,query studio,event studio,analysis studio and metric studio

In reportnet1.1 we can't create drill up and drill down reports where as in cognos8 we can create these reports by creating regular and measure dimensions in framework manager.

cognos8 consists of tree prompt inorder to select the hierachial data
