I think threre are three possible

a2 b0 c1 e1

because the ways to divide 4 to four parts are 5. 
4 0 0 0 
3 1 0 0 
2 2 0 0 
1 1 1 1 
1 1 0 2 
b is the way 4 0 0 0, 
and c is the way 3 1 0 0,but c may not give 1 to d,c can give 1 to other sisters.so c can give 1 or 0 to d. 
if c gives 0 to d,a and e must both give 2 to d.And if c gives 1 to d,a or e must be 1111,the other can make a choice from 1102 and 2200.That's all.

B cant give gift to D 

C can give either 1 or 0
A and E can give either 0,1,2,3,4

so there are total 9 combination for D to receive gifts from other sisters
