I am newly appointed HR. What questions should I ask to the candidate, so that I can get exactly what I want from him? Also what activities should I perform to enhance growth of company? Is there any standard format for this?

Hi ,usually an HR concentrates to know about the communication skills ,whether the candidate is an team player or not?In what way he benifits the company? and many more..questions you may find in google search.

     hello dude,

                     congradulations first of all. u need to brush ur basic language skills, both written and vocal. being in the best of position u r not supposed to do silly mistakes man.  what questions should i ask to the candidates? to is a blunder but mistake. none can excuse u for this simple thing.
