Sir/Madam I am a software engineer with exp of 1.5 years. I am workning on technology c++ and oracle 9i . I have also acquired oracle 9i certification. But i want to shift to ERP/CRM modules . How easy is it to shift and how to go about ?

If you have knowledge in the area of ERP/CRM modules you could try for the shift. But I would suggest that having gained in a good technology like c++ and oracle 9i you could work in it for some more time and also in addition gain wide knowledge in ERP/CRM modules and try fr the same.All the Best.
