1. You can open only one test at a time. 2. You have to add some code for error handling, alike in winrunner we can select an option in setting, so that if an error occurs, your test won't break,it will continue.

with so many options available in qtp it could become a little complex unless the tool is understood completely. Also in order to maintain a advanced Automation structure the user should be familiar with the scripting techniques

Hi,

QTP limitation we can say it as it is only limited for Windows platform. That is QTP is a plotform Dependent. Certain techologies like Sibel5.0/6.0, power builder etc. can not be tested.

By using QTP,

we can run only on Windows Operating system and using IE versions only.
we can execute only one script at a time like DOS commands OS.
Browser compatibility testing is not possible.
We cannot generate the reports, when check points are in huge number.
