Hi! can anyone please mail me the method to invoke and test a web application using Win Runner ?.. it is developed in .NET.. and if Winrunner does not support the applications developed in .NET.. let me know the tool name and its complete description to test that web application using it...Thanks rajat

Hi,

way to invoke web application is, just use the following URL:

web_browser_invoke(IE,"Give the URL");

for more information, please go to Insert-function-function generator. There select the funtion for "web" and choose the appropriate function from the list given below. The click on the 'argument' below which will extend the path to be filled. Fill up the required field and 'paste' it in your script. The statement will be added in your script automatically.
