definately it has some advance features for each language. One of the the main feature in . NET 2005 is that it has saperated the Web environment from each language and added external features for it.

According to my knowledge 2005 has only forward capablity but 2003 has both forward and backward capablity

In VS -2005 there is no need to install a IIS it will automatically start

New controls are
available like tree-view menu-tree

New version of
Crystal-report is included and built-in SQL-Server to run the query.
