To take backup of the Access database, follow the steps:
Alt+F --> Manage --> Backup Database -->Specify the path for the backup

hi

u can take backup database in access with the help of Import/Export Method.

When U click on this option a wizard is open n U have to follow the instructions.

In this way U can solve ur prob.

Backup data from MS Sql Server to Access Database following stapes have to do:-

1. Create DSN on SQL server (check Sql server Database name server name user name password)

2. open MS access database

go to import

select ODBC (DSN name)
