IN roaming profile

Go to file which you want to share it

Right click the folder containing the file and give share and select the user to wich you want to give and assign.

first clear me that what is roaming profile?

roaming profile:first we have create a one text document with sharing permissions.go to ads and select pretricluar user right click/properties.mentioned profile path system name/ share folder// user name.after configuration of roaming profile log in to selected user through server side. these permissions all are given by administrator

roaming profile is created by admin on server can be accessed on any computer throughout the network and can make changes from any computer in network and the changes updated in server.to give excel permission 1st create share folder than right click on folder-share$security-share the folder -permissions-remove every one -add user-ok. go to ads users and computers-properties-profile-profile path file://sysname/sharename/username/.give sysnamesharenameusername.give than right click my computer-properties-advance-user profile settings
