SIT is System Integration Testing, which is nothing but a AIM methodology to test the modules setup and integrating to other modules.

SIT and EIT is used in Oracle HRMS  for Personal Analysis Flexfiled.

EIT= Extra Information Types

SIT= Special Information types

Bothe are HRMS functionalities; SITs are normally KFFs (Key flexfield) and EIT are normally DFFs.
