Hi, I am Anil, I have done MSc (Information systems) and presently working in ICICI Bank customer care as Call center executive. I would like to for software job and done my JAVA also but not getting call from any company. Please suggest how to go about.

Initally it would be diffciult for you to get the entry as you want to change your career totally. BUt never lose your hope. Once you enter you can keep on climbing up the ladder.I would suggest you to pass your resume through good consultants mentioning your interest for software career. This would broaden your job openings.All the best.
