What is the difference between clustered and non-clustered indices? ...and why do you use a clustered index?

Clustered Index creates physical order on the table based on the defination given. You can only have one clustered index.

One table can only have one clustered Index (When we create primary key on table,oracle automatically creates Clustered index on that column) but It can have many non clustered index, approximately 250
