Reusable action:An action that can be called  multiple times by the test with which it is stored(the local test) as well as  by other tests....

External action: A reusable action stored in another test.....

A test has these actions

Some action

log out

if you make Login as a reusable... it is reusable action

Any Reusable action (lets say Login) that is called in other test is called an external action. An External action has to be a Reusable action, but Reusable action shouldn't have to be an external action.

Hope this helps

Thank you
