hi sappers,

                    there is no such general ticket terminology after implementation, normally the tickets that are raised immediately after implementation are more related to system performance and technical in nature.

tiket nature vary according to industry verticals and the complexity of business process of the client, so it's very difficult to zero-in on  a particular ticket.
