Hi Sir, our company going to implement the oracle ERP in the company, right now i m working as Analyst Programmer (mostly working on MS Tools). So i want to ask if i start as Oracle Functional or Technical Consultant? which one is more valuable in term of career growth and which is one is highly paid job? Thanks in advance

Hello HassanIt depends on how familiar and how skilled you are in and as Oracle Functional or Technical Consultant. If you are starting afresh it may take time to get high paying job.

Start Functional as there are a lot of job opportunities there and you can get an heads up in the field more than the technical side and then later on start looking into technical stuff to. this will give you a head start and you will have the experience you need
