I am 28 years of age. i have done b.sc from c.u. after that i have done advanced diploma in system management(3 years). I have worked with a reputed organization as a faculty in ms technology s for 2.5 years and 6 months in bpo. I have been doing MCA while working. Now i am in my final semester. I have left my job for completion of studies.I want to move into development in .net technologies. I have a vast experience on working on different softwares. .net is a new platform for me but i have learned .net by my own and also done projects + training from two reputed institute. I want to know whether it will be a good career move to move into development . will my experience in education and teaching be counted or will it be wise to be a trainer.pls advice and send the reply in my email addresswith regards

Please continue with training. Even when you apply for big companies, remember they have in-house training too. You can apply for the same. When you apply for in-house training post, all your previous experience will seem more relevant than for that of development. If you are very much interested in development, you can get into freelance development while you continue your career in training field.

You can move into development side but your experience in education and teaching will not counted for development entry in IT.
