Hi iam sita, i did bachelor degree in MIS,,i had worked in bank for 11 months.right now iam working in software concern as a support executive for sales.I have pursued GNIIt..i want to get a IT job..one of my friend told there are lot of openings for testing jobs in software concerns..iam in confusion.i had 1year exp in banking ..will this affects my career if i switch on IT..further i need your help which one will suits for me..iam planning to do PG courses...

I trust you to be right person in wrong place. In software industry peoples with domain knowledge is highly appreciable. It is true that there exist lots of job in testing, absolutely no doubts. What I suppose you should have opted for career in IT industry rathere than sales.
Its right time as well said "Never is too late". I suggest that you should impart some knowledge in Software Testing and then go for it. There are many institution which gives adequate knowledge in software testing as well as they help in placement.
Do lots of research work using internet and consulting experience person in industry which will foster yours decision making further. Have a nice time. Go ahead with lots of determination and you will win.
