Power Center : we can connect to single and multiple Repositories, generally used in big Enterprices. 
Power Mart : we can connect to only a single Repository.

Power center supports pipe line partitioning where as power mart does not supports.power center gives u the opportunity to register the multiple servers where as  we can not do this in power mart

Informatica Power Center is used to maintain the Global Repository, But not in the case of Informatica Power mart. For more you can analyse the architecture of Informatica

prtitioning is not available here

doesnot support ERP

PowerCentre:

We can make repositories to GLOBAL

Informatica PowerMart - A limited license (all features except distributed metadata and multiple registered servers). No Partioning is available.
