When u want to burn/write(personalization) a smart card, u need to first select the profile with which the card should be personalized. The test cases should be written for all personalization profiles. You can create your own profiles by selecting different options and write test cases for all the possibilities( Netscape profile, Microsoft profile and Entrust Profile).
