What is the primary difference between Siebel 7.5.2 and 7.7 Versions ?

We are having lot of differences between siebel 7.7 and 7.5.2. the primary difference among them is " Symbolic strings are available in Siebel 7.7 and not available in 7.5.2".

hence the future scope for upgradation like things are high in siebel 7.7.

The other diff is Workflow has been shifted to Tools so has become a part of srf.

Hi,

 siebel supporting Multiple Langvages  so, simbolic strings are used to translate the Langvage.

Among lot of differences , one diff is that you can check-in/out at object level instead of Project Level.

the object level check in check out is only available in 7.8 so the previous comment is wrong

>ApplicationAdministration->LOVs......>"clear cache" has been added .In 7.5 we were suppose 2 restart the application

7.5 had screens like XXXXX Administration. Now there are Administration - XXXXXX

Also LOVS have moved to Data Administration

Server Management screens/view have changed completely
