A QA Mgr. takes care of the quality of the all the builds which are being delivered to the various customers ensuring that the build/s meet the standard and procedures which were agreed before the start of the project and throughout the SDLC.A PM takes care of the quality of a single/multiple builds assigned to him,he makes sure that all the agreed up on standards and procedures are met while developing the project throughout the SDLC.
