Dear Sir,I am an Engineering Graduate.I have done B.E.-Prod. in 1990. i am working in the field of Production ( Planning & Manufacturing), Quality Assurance in Automotive components manufacturing industries since 1990. I have wide exposure in Material Management & Procurement, store Management too . i have good proficiency in handling MS Word & Excel.i am 37+ yrs. oldSir, i want to change my career. ERP / SAP ( MM,PM,QM,PP) / or Oracle 11i Professions are the options i am looking for where i can use my present experience.I seek your advice if i get training in any one of these (ERP / SAP ( MM,PM,QM,PP) / or Oracle 11i ) , 1. Will i be able to start a bright career?.2. Is it possible to be a part of any IT organization and get trained there? or any other suitable arrangement.3. What is worth of one month fast track training training if i gettraining from outside.4. Which module and version i should undergo for training?5. What is age barrier?6. What is job option if i get fast track training in Oracle APPS 11i Manufacturing Functional Foundation.

Yes if you get a very good training and knowledge on any one of these (ERP / SAP ( MM,PM,QM,PP) / or Oracle 11i ) you definetly have a very good career. I would suggest you to take training outside fromsome insitutions and then enter the IT.As per your expertise I would suggest you not to go for fast training. Study a detailed training course and then apply.There is no age barrier for these.
