Hi all Acc to me the answer is 21. assume that a train starts from NY to Washington at 12:00 in the noon. It will meet the train that started from Washington 5hrs earlier at the station itself i:e the train tat started from Washington at 7 in the morning. After 1/2 hr it will meet the train tat started at 7:30 from Washington this way it will meet trains that started from Washington between 7:00Am- 5:00Pm...and this way it will meet 21 trains.Regards Sravya :)

hi amit ur ans is wrong because when the train start 4m NY it will not meet the others trains that r coming 4m NY it will meet only with the train that cominng 4m WASHINGTON.so 1st time the two train meet at 3:30 & after that at the interval of 1/2 hr i.e.at 4 4:30 5 5:30 6.so ans is 6
