1) Bugs Free  
2) Quality should maintain  
3) In Time Delivered in the Market 
4) It should be Standard in Market with high demand  
5) It should be useful to most of the people with out any Complaints  
These qualities are called a successful product. 
 
A Product should not have any client requirements. product has general requirements only, for example:- tally, wings, etc.. but it will matches the customer requirements so that will be product to sale to the public persons. Who needs that if I am wrong then comment
