A C-pole of 200 ft is 250 ft from the D-pole which is 150 ft high.. Two pigeons are sitting at the top of each poles (one in one pole).Both pigeon fly towards a grain which is present between the 2poles at the same speed.What is the distance between the C-pole and the grain?

Answer must be 90 Ft.

Lets say grain is x ft away from C. As both pegions have to travel same distance we can use pythagorus theorem to solve it.

200*200 + x*x = 150*150 + (250-x)*(250-x)

x=90
