The Automation can reduce the Testing Effort Time & can bring highly accurate results.

We can implement Automation Testing for the GUI Testing or area where we have to check same features over different versions.

for this first we have to see the drawbacks of Manual testing.
1.More no. of people required.
2. More time is consume.
3. it's a tedious task.
4.We can't repeat the test easily
5. Concurrency is missing

Automation:it is a process of testing all the drawbacks in manual testing are effectively addressed and nullified & provides speed and accuracy for the existing system.
Advantages:
1. Virtual users
2. Speed.
3.S/W package.
4.Recording script
5.Rendezvous.
