One way of viewing parameter values at run-time in Apps is by Navigating to Tool-->Examine menu. Enter the block name as parameter and then give the parameter name in the item field and then press tab.examine

Navigate to Help >> Diagnostics >> Properties >> Item Then you mention Object as Global variable Object 4 as Global variable name you can get its value

You can access the Global parameter value by :GLOBAL.<Parameter_Name> inside form PL/SQL Coding
