the ans is

11:7:20 ( hour/minute/sec)

explanation::
in 4 day time loose by 16*4 equal 64 minute
10 am that is exceed 5 hour then it looses 16/24*5 means 200 sec
dat is 3 minute 20 sec
so total time eqals 67 minute 20 sec

so timing 11:7:20

11.07 AM

For 4 days , 16*4=64 minutes are lost .
For 5 hrs , (16/24)*5=3 minutes are lost .
So the exact time is 11.07 AM

A clock was set right at 5 am then it loses 16 minutes every day, on the 4th day when it shows 10 am, What is the exact time?
Ans: The answer according to me should be
First of all minutes lost per hour=(16/24)=2/3minutes lost per hour, now,
First day: 5am to 5am =24 hours clock looses minutes= 16 minutes
2nd day : 5am to 5am=24 hours clock losses minutes= 16 minutes
3rd day : 5am to 5am=24 hours clock losses minutes= 16 minutes
Now on fourth day 5 am to 10 am time lost is (5 hours * 2/3)=103
Thus total time lost till 10 am of 4th day is 3*16+10/3=48 min+3min+20 sec=51min 20 sec
so the time should be 10:50:20
