I could not understand question, but I think the question is related to BJT has p-n-p or n-p-n band if you take two diodes, each it has n(-ve) side and p(+ve) side. so now, by using two diodes you will make a BJT I.e..-ve side of diode is connected to -ve side of another diode. It forms p-n-n-p -> p-n-p
