Answer is 2.
Sequence will be like R(M), R(M), R(M), L(W), L(W), L(M).
Here R and L are for right handed and left handed person and M&W defines man and woman.

Why cant it be 4 men and 2 women? The 4th man could be left handed and could be siting to the right of 2nd women. So the sequence is: L(W), L(W), L(M), R(M), R(M), R(M)

Answer would be 2 Female and 4 men.. When you see all the possibility, it would be either (FFMMMM) or (FFFMMM) or (FFFFMM).

Lets start with the last possibility that is FFFFMM, this is not valid as all the female are left handed as per the question which contradicts the fact of having three right handed person.

then, lets focus on 2nd posibility, which says MMMFFF, if you draw this possibility on circular diagram you can see for the last female in row there wont be anyone left handed to immediate right of her.

So, the first possibility is very much possible with one men as left handed.
