Device which can work as Refrigerator and Heater

I am a mechanical engineering student. I have always strong urge to make a device which can work as refrigerator and heater both. I have just started my project on this topic. My question is weather it is possible to make such device.

Technically NOT POSSIBLE but LOGICALLY POSSIBLE by combining a Heater coil with a refrigerator.
