In the induction motor rotor always rotates in the direction of rotating magnetic field .if field direction is anticlockwise then rotor also rotates in same direction to oppose the cause of cutting magnetic field by rotor and it will happen when the rotor rotates same direction of rotating magnetic field.So we can change the motor direction by changing direction of magnetic field.we can change the direction of field by changing the place of two phases while one phases is keep same then the motor rotates in clock wise direction.
