we share documents by exporting documents to the repository.
and we can see available documents to you by selecting folders which are
available in left side of webintelligence panel.
as per your granted permissions you can access those documents in folders.

There are several options are available in BO for sharing purpose.
1.You can save your documents in public folders
2.You can send your documents to their inbox.
3.You can share your repository.
4.You can share throuh via online mode etc

Addition to what has already been answered.


if sharing documents using Public Folders. You can allow users to share their comments about data displayed on report using Discussions tab in the report. If i see some trends in data , then i can post my comments in discussion. These comments are then visible to other users viewing the reports.
