First step that has to be taken while going for Product Development is collection of current marketing requirements & clear study of competitors & their products . Freezing of some of the customer requirements & system requirements to satisfy marketing needs through a good marketing staff.

First of all we need to develop a bug free application before going to perform Product development , next need to follow below onces.

1. Need to think if we make it as a prodect then there would be clients for it or not
2. If accepted then need to observe the current requirements from clients
3. At the same time need to considere the project cost , it would not be more
4. Make sure there would be no major code changes from client to client
5. And the need to globalization of the product ( differant langues for diff countries)
