Collect the list you want to capture for your defect management (lets say version, defect origin, defect detection phase etc). Modify your Defect Module (Add and Modify defect screens accordingly.

Hi,

First you need to create Defect life cycle and after then login as TD admin and go to user fields.

Create the required user fields and its values. you can also mentioned the criteria for each field like Tester can only update the status of the defect from 'Retest' to 'Closed' and same can be implemented to developer.
