2)System Test Cases

3)System Test Results

4)System Tested Code

5)Defect Report

6)Release Notes

Test Deliverables:

The Deliverables from the Test team would include the following:

 

1.      Test Strategy.

2.      Test Plan.

3.      Test Case Documents.

4.      Defect Reports.

5.      Status Reports (Daily/weekly/Monthly).

6.      Test Scripts (if any).

7.      Metric Reports.

8.      Product Sign off Document.

These are sent to client.

Deliverable are the documents that we are going to submit after the
development of the document


Different Test deliverable are:
Test Plan doc
Test Cases doc
Review report
Traceability Matrix
Test Log
Bug report
Test Summary report
Test's to be verified
Test Scenarios


We will send the test deliverables to Team lead and PM.

Deliverables can be anything and it purely depends upon your project. If you get a project for writing test cases, the test cases are the deliverables. And you need to submit to the Mother company / Client / customer.

It is not a must every time it should be final result of the SDLC or STLC.
