As said the clock strikes for 10
seconds with an interval of 1 second.

so time is 11 am/pm,but "on the evening 2 people speak on phone." so it is 11pm.

now hour hand of the clock is put back by one hour.so actual time is 12 am.

person will meet 11 hr after 12 am,which is 11am
