During 2008-2009 we were having a huge integration for some good UK companies and all of sudden few companies in UK / US collapsed and affected our projects badly. The work came at a halt for few days and we were feeling sad for the efforts that went wasted.

In my last second company we were going thru a hard time once when our team leader all of a sudden had to leave for personal reasons. We were highly disappointed coz we were at the crucial stage. But somehow we worked hard and got the things back in our hand.
