Miss C the head is allotted room no 5 as wished by her. Miss E needs a telephone for regular communication. Mr A & Mr B prefer to have adjacent rooms. Mr B, C, D are chain smokers. since a,b hav to be given adjacent rums so lets giv them rum no 1&2.

since c is in rum 5 and is allergetic to smoke &b&d  are chain smokers so they shoud nt be given rums adj toc

so rum 4 &6 r alloted to e& f

then rum 2&3 r alloted to b&d

so order is abdecf

A & B shud be adjacent
E needs telephone for communication
C- already allotted to room 5 and it is allergic to smoke too...
so the order shud be as follows:
    DBAFCE
 In this arrangement ,E can communicate thru phone without disturbing others and B,D are alloted to rooms far apart to C
