angle between the nos. 6 & 9 is 360/4=90

hence angle between 6 & 8 is 60

b'coz for distance = 3( 9 - 6 ), angle - 90, then for distance = 2 the angle should b 60

 answer is 75 degrees,

  as 1 min = 6 degrees, angle ebtween any 2 consecutive numbers is 30 degrees, but the HOUR HAND also moves!! at 8:30 its exactly between 9 and 8,

so in that logic, 30 + 30 + 15 = 75 is answer
