ans is C....3 and 4 nly

cozz  Mr b is on step 1, D is adjacent to it. i.e. Step 2
A is 2 steps below Mr. C
if C is on 6th , A wil be on 4th and If C is on 5th,A will be on 3rd.

IF C is on 4th A comes on 2nd which wil be overlapping D.. hence nly C is valid
