let work be x

work done by a in 1 day x/10

work done by b in 1 day x/12

work done by c in 1 day x/15

work completed by a and b=x/10+x/12=11x/60

work left : x-11x/60=49x/60

let a and c take y days

=>(x/10+x/15)*y=49x/60

y=4.9

Total=5.9 days

in 1 day A does 1/10

 " 1 "      B  "       1/12

" 1  "      C  "       1/15

A+B in 1 day = 1/10 +1/12= 11/60,

A+C in 1 day = 1/10+1/15=5/30,

In 2 days work finished = 21/60.

left work = 1-(21/60) = 13/20.

13/20+11/60=1

2+1 =3 days

so 3 days needed
