The answer is 3. If we divide the given numbers in the left hand side into 2 groups. The first group contains a set of 3 numbers having the same answer on the right hand side and the next group contains a set of 2 numbers having the same answer on the right hand side. So again the group repeats so the first set of 3 numbers will exist As we have 3 for the two numbers the third number in the set i.e; 11 will have 3 on the right hand side

Two= All r different characters
Three= (E,E,) Remove the 2 Es or 5-2=3
So 3
Four=All r different characters so 4
Five=All r different characters so 4
Six = All r different characters so 3
Ten= All r different characters so 3
Eleven= Remove all the characters if atleast once repeated I..E (E,E,E) so 6-3=3
