Three members went to a shop and took 3 kerchiefs each costs 10 rs so total price is rs 30 after they went off the owner of the sop realises that he know the 3 members so he gives the worker 5rs and tells to return them back he gives them rs5 then they gives 2rs tip to him and remaining 3rs they share re1 each so that each gave rs9 to shopkeeper
9*3=27+2rs tip=29
where is the remaining 1rupee ?

Each person has contributed 9 Rupees which includes the tips.

9*3 = 25 to shopkeeper + 2 for tips. So question itself is not correct

It should be 27+3=30 coz 30-5=25
return of 2 as tip increases the cost to 27.. the remaining 3 rupees held by them gives the total 30..

30-5=25,so each costs 8.33rs, and shopkepper returns 5 rs/- each shares 1rs/- and gives tip of 2 rs/- so total

8.33*3=24.99(+3,+2)=30

30rs means thirty pieces of 1rs.
So,
total price (30rs) - return price (3rs) = actual price (25rs) + tips (2rs)
30 - 3 = 25 + 2

Actual cost=30
Return = 5 Rs
Tip =2 Rs
getting individually = 1 Re
individual cost = 9 Rs
now the answer is
actual cost-return+tip= actual cost *3-getting individually*3
30-5+2=10*3-1*3
27=27 Rs.

They give 30 Rs to the shopkeeper but the shopkeeper returns 5 Rs so the shopkeeper takes 25 Rs. from 5 Rs. they have given 2 Rs. tip and they took 1 Rs. each so
25+2=27+3=30.
25 Rs.= shopkeeper,
2 Rs. = tip,
1 Rs. each = 3

30 -25 = 25 and waiter give 3 rs each so 28 and 2 rs as tip it give him so total will be 30
