This is nothing but varying the Business Rules covered for the functionalities implemented. This can be done through with Check List Document. One sort example for the Client specific Business Rules in Telecommunication is

1. Once the call end from phone, after 5 seconds it should display the Mobile company brand logo.
2. Follow that it should display the Service Provider name.

These are some sort of specific business rules. Once the business rules is approved. Testers designs Test case/ Checklist for the same. execute the same on the general testing phase and ensure those business rules covered.
