Virtual User Script

What usually indicates that your virtual user script has dynamic data that is dependent on you parameterized fields?

The script will fail entirely if run repeatedly.   The run-time log shows that actions were not able to be accomplished.  (login, data retrieval) 

I've run a test where I thought I was getting great results:  Very fast response times...  until I analyzed my application logs and realized the script was silently failing.   Response time is indeed fast when the server is actually returning 404s.
