Final Round Testing

Consider that you have 2 more days to reach the dead line, already you have done 3 cycle of testing. How do you handle the situation if you have got some bugs after conducting final round of testing?

It depends on the severity of this bug. if it's critical or very high, dev must fix it and qa must verify it before the final release. if it's high or medium, dev can release the final version but do a patch immediately after the final version. in another case, if it is not a bug but a functionality improvement, you can postpone to next release (patch). all in all, involve all management level to make a decision which could be acceptable with all stakeholders.
